About the Convener
Ayodeji Michael-Oni popularly known as M TISH is the CEO of THE AMON GEM company in Lagos, Nigeria.
M TISH fondly referred to as the Self Esteem catalyst, is a mental health advocate who us es the system of basically empathizing, Sensitizing, educating and equipping people on the importance and ripple effects of their Self Esteem to maintain mental health wellness.
She is a certified psychotherapist with special training in Psychodynamics, CBT and Family Therapy.
She achieves this through her work of coaching, consulting and therapy.
Aside from being the CEO of THE AMON GEM Company, she is also the Founder of FIT AND FANCY HUB FOR THE FEMALE GENDER, COLORFUL GEMS ONLINE COURSE, Co President at STRIDESINGLES/MARRIED MINISTRY and Convener of YOUNG WOMEN IN MINISTRY (Both faith-based organizations).
She has certifications from INSTITUTE OF COUNSELING IN NIGERIA (ICN), IMMERSE COACHING,
FUNKE FELIX-ADEJUMO MENTORSHIP PROGRAM (FFAMP), Alison and Udemy respectively. She is an alumni of Pan Atlantic University; Entrepreneurial Development Center (EDC).
Her therapy style and approach has a credential of excellent empathy with which she achieves memorable transformation for her clients.
M Tish was a Consultant at Right Move Consulting in Lagos, has job experiences at Wema and Sterling banks respectively and has been on the Resident Faculty of organizations including Oxford Providence Group, Maplelife Foundation, Zensurge, Mariteam Nigeria, Techexpo Africa, Lafarge Africa, Jewels Hive and Navigate to Canada etc.
M TISH has graduated over two hundred set of students from her online course; COLORFUL GEMS.
Her transformational work has been featured on several social media platforms including BBC, News Central Africa TV, TVC, and other TV/radio stations, International magazines, awards/recognitions.
Through THE AMON GEM COMPANY, she runs a CAMPUS TOUR INITIATIVE, which conveys the message of a healthy self esteem to schools; Elementary, High school and Tertiary Institutions.
The company organizes an Award initiative that aims to inspire people battling low self-esteem, anxiety disorder, depression and suicidal contemplations and are presently entities worthy of emulation.
Her company also organizes a therapy campaign for mental health issues,people living with depression, anxiety disorder, personality disorder, low self esteem and suicidal cases.
M Tish is a God lover to the core and she emphasizes in her trainings and teaching that she doesn’t teach the principles outside the principal…
She has written 3 books till date; The best selling self Esteem book; YOU AND YOUR
ESTEEM, WHAT TO DO BEFORE LOVE, and SELF ESTEEM CAPSULES.
She has spoken in several schools, churches and multinational corporations.She was recently recognized by the Lagos state ministry of health for her contribution to the mental health sector.
She is married to her best friend; Pastor Kenny Michael and together they pastor SUPERNATURAL LIFE CENTRE LAGOS, they are blessed with four children.
